Steve Lancman is a post-acute healthcare CFO with deep experience in home health, hospice, post-acute and long term care related sectors. Steve currently partners with AHP in various advisory and operational capacities in its investments across post-acute and long-term care sub-sectors with a particular focus on Bridge Home Health and Hospice and other home health and hospice related providers.

Steve’s passion is using analytics and benchmarking to help clinical and operational colleagues make better and faster decisions in all areas, including growth, revenue cycle, cost efficiency, quality, and compliance. With early career experience in the M&A department at JPMorgan, Steve’s expertise includes platform and bolt-on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and financings. Steve has held CFO and financial leadership positions at CareOne, VNSNY, Penn Medicine at Home, and worked as an industry consultant for The Corridor Group.

Steve has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
