His ability to lead others to balance a passionate desire to serve with fiscal responsibility has helped him drive unprecedented change and growth, even in tumultuous times.

Most recently Rob served as the Vice President of Addiction Services for Universal Health Services (UHS), an $11 billion hospital and healthcare company. Prior to that role he served as the CEO of Foundations Recovery Network (FRN), a national multi-site treatment company committed to serving adults and families struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Rob led FRN for over 12 years through three acquisitions, while driving internal growth primarily through organic and de novo channels with an ultimate strategic exit to UHS.

Separately, Rob is co-owner in ViaMar Health, an eating disorder treatment company in West Palm Beach Florida. Rob is also an investor and Board member in several other start-up companies in the artificial intelligence/telehealth behavioral health space, in a surgical device start-up and in the hospitality industry. He and his wife Liz are actively engaged widely with philanthropy.
