Oliver Lee is an Executive Talent Operating Partner responsible for designing executive talent management and human capital strategies to support AHP portfolio companies in assembling and empowering effective leadership teams. Oliver brings a breadth of executive search experience across public and private healthcare companies, where he has managed the full life-cycle of C-level recruitment processes for organizations pursuing transformative growth. He has worked closely with private equity teams to identify, recruit, and retain world-class talent capable of meeting and achieving portfolio company goals. Prior to AHP, Oliver was a leader within the Healthcare Services and Healthcare Technology practices at Russell Reynolds Associates. His early career experience includes leading talent management for Ready Responders, a high-growth technology-enabled healthcare services provider, and executing C-level searches with Oxeon Partners, a boutique healthcare-specific executive search firm.

Mr. Lee received a dual bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond.
