Dave Ray is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of AssuredIM. Dave advises AHP on all regulatory, compliance and litigation related matters.  Prior to joining AssuredIM, Dave was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Stabilis Capital Management.  Previously, Dave served as General Counsel of White Oak Global Advisors, which focused on financing small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and also served as its Chief Compliance Officer. Dave began his legal career as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and has held other roles in private practice and as in-house counsel.

Mr. Ray graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania as a University Scholar with undergraduate degrees in Physics and Mathematics and graduated from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
