Josh Gold

Josh Gold is an Operating Partner working across AHP’s portfolio companies on growth strategy and operating efficiency. His experience spans finance, healthcare operations, corporate development, revenue cycle management, and technology.

Josh has served as Co-Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Recovery Systems, a national behavioral health provider, and continues to support the company’s growth. Josh scaled teams across operations, finance, revenue cycle, and business development. He also supported expansion through twelve new treatment centers and helped lead the company through a successful exit and combination with Promises Behavioral Health. His technology work includes managing projects and helping lead AI strategy and implementation. Josh has also developed AI-enhanced operational tools for patient scheduling, finance, revenue cycle, recruitment, and workforce management.

Earlier in his career, Josh held various finance roles. He has also served on the boards of healthcare joint ventures with hospital systems. Josh is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA.
