femorè is an over the counter intimacy enhancement cream for women distributed nationally in over 15,000 retail pharmacies such as Albertsons, Eckerd, Walgreens, and Rite Aid. Prior to the launch of femorè, the marketplace was well aware of products for men in the area of sexual dysfunction. Very little was available for women suffering from similar symptoms. Our research concluded that as high as 50% of the women consulting an OB/GYN suffered from sexual dysfunction or dissatisfaction. Having made this discovery, AHP assembled an expert development team for the purpose of providing a trusted topical cream for women proven to enhance sensitivity and pleasure. femorè was developed by a nationally known PhD in Pharmacology in consultation with a premiere women’s hospital in Oklahoma. Physicians at the women’s hospital conducted voluntary research tests to refine and validate the efficacy of the product. Once the formulation was determined, and all regulatory issues were reviewed, AHP worked with a clinical research laboratory to conduct extensive safety testing. While testing was being conducted, AHP systematically worked through a market readiness process for femorè. Packaging, advertising, and collateral marketing material were designed and developed in support of the market launch of the product. AHP secured the manufacturing, tubing, packaging, and fulfillment of femorè and currently manages all aspects of femore’s distribution worldwide. femorè is a great example of how AHP can successfully take a product from concept to commerce.
